Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Oxify ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your product and/or request a refund in accordance with this policy. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.oxify.com.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable digital products
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
    • Health and personal care items (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

4. Restocking Fee

Returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee does not apply to returns due to defective or damaged products.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@oxify.com or call (833) 320-0358 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the package back using the provided prepaid label.

7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping within the United States is free and covered by Oxify.
  • All returns must be shipped using a traceable shipping method. We recommend UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to be reflected in your account.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@oxify.com.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often additional processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oxify.com.
