At Oxify LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and the process for requesting a cancellation.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
  • If your order has not been processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may, however, initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • The customer is responsible for following the return process and ensuring items are returned in their original condition.

4. Custom or Special Orders

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order products are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed.
  • Please carefully review all details before placing your order for custom or special items.

5. Refund Processing

  • If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Restocking Fees

  • Cancellations made after processing but before shipment may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value.
  • This fee does not apply to cancellations made within the first 24 hours of order placement.
