Warranty Policy
Effective Date: September 7, 2025
1. Overview
At Oxify LLC (“Oxify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we stand behind every chamber we sell. This Warranty Policy describes the warranty coverage that ships with Oxify hyperbaric chambers, what is and isn’t covered, the warranty period for each product line, and the steps to file a warranty claim.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law and does not replace those rights.
2. Standard Warranty Coverage
Each Oxify chamber ships with a standard manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage periods by product family:
- Soft-shell chambers (Oxify Rest, Flow, Flow Extended, Sit, Sit Plus): 1 year on the chamber shell, zippers, and seams. 90 days on compressors and accessories.
- Hard-shell chambers (Oxify Apex, Forge, Luma, Nova Solo, Nova Duo, Nova Trio, Nova Quad): 2 years on the pressure vessel and structural components. 1 year on electronic controls, viewing windows, and doors. 90 days on filters, hoses, and consumables.
The warranty period begins on the date your chamber is delivered to the shipping address on file.
3. Extended Warranty Options
Optional extended warranty coverage is available at the time of purchase. Extended coverage adds an additional 12 to 24 months to the standard warranty period and is available on every Oxify chamber. Pricing and terms are shown on the product page at checkout.
4. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Failure of pressure-bearing components under normal, intended use.
- Failure of original electronic controls, gauges, and pressure-relief systems.
- Defects in zippers, seams, and seals on soft-shell models.
5. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (scratches, scuffs, fading).
- Wear-and-tear items used beyond their expected service life (filters, hoses, gaskets).
- Damage from operation outside published pressure, temperature, or duty-cycle limits.
- Damage from improper electrical input or unstable power supply.
- Loss or damage during owner-arranged shipping or relocation after delivery.
6. How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact Oxify support by email at support@oxify.com or by phone at (866) 331-0601 within the warranty period.
- Provide your order number, the chamber model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the problem.
- Receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and instructions from our team within two business days.
- Repair or replacement will be arranged at no cost to you for covered claims. For hard-shell chambers, on-site service may be available; for soft-shell and accessory items, a replacement is typically shipped directly.
All warranty work is coordinated by Oxify’s US-based support team. There is no overseas runaround.
7. Out-of-Warranty Service
If your chamber falls outside warranty coverage, we still offer paid service, replacement parts, and ongoing technical support. Contact us for a quote.
8. Transferability
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable upon resale, except where required by applicable law.
9. Limitations
Oxify’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxify is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
