1. Introduction

These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Oxify (www.oxify.com). By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Apple Pay
  • All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your card details.

3. Currency

All transactions are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars). If your payment account is in another currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and additional fees. Oxify is not responsible for such charges.

4. Billing Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Oxify and its third-party payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges.

5. Taxes

All prices listed on our Website are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order during checkout based on your shipping address and relevant tax laws.

6. Invoices

  • An invoice will be issued upon completion of your order and sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • Invoices will detail the purchased items, total cost, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.

7. Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment and typically take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting Oxify, we reserve the right to suspend your account and future purchases. We encourage you to reach out to our support team at support@oxify.com or (866) 331-0601 to resolve any billing issues before filing a dispute.

9. Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are monitored for fraudulent activity.
  • We may require additional verification before processing certain orders.
  • Orders flagged as suspicious may be cancelled at our discretion.

10. Late or Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit are available. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your order.

11. Modifications to Prices and Billing Terms

We reserve the right to change product prices, shipping fees, and billing terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

12. Governing Law

These Billing Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
