Returns & Refunds Policy

This page summarizes how returns and refunds work at Oxify. It is a summary only. The full rules are in Section 8 of our Terms of Sale, which governs every order and controls if anything on this page differs. Cancellations before delivery are covered separately in our Cancellation Policy.
1. Return Authorization Required
You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Oxify before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense. To request an RMA, email support@oxify.com or call (888) 844-9249 with your order number.
2. Discretionary Returns Within 30 Days
Oxify may, in its discretion, accept a return of an eligible product within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in as-delivered condition, complete with all components, and not damaged, altered, or improperly maintained. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns based on buyer’s remorse or a change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that hyperbaric chamber returns are approved at Oxify’s discretion. A return is not guaranteed, and Oxify will confirm in writing whether a return request has been accepted.
3. Returns After 30 Days
There is no automatic right to return after 30 days. Oxify may accept a late return in its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. If accepted, a 50% restocking fee applies, in addition to the payment-processing deduction and all return costs described below.
4. Payment-Processing Deduction
If you paid by credit card, debit card, or a financing platform (such as Affirm), the non-refundable fee charged to Oxify by the payment provider is also deducted from your refund. This deduction will not exceed 3.5% for card payments or 6% for financing-platform payments. There is no processing deduction for wire or ACH payments.
5. Return Costs
For a discretionary return, the customer bears all disassembly, retrieval, packaging, freight, storage, and return-delivery costs. Oxify can help coordinate the logistics and may require advance payment of estimated costs before scheduling collection. Because chambers are large freight items, these costs are typically significant; please contact us for an estimate before requesting a return.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used, altered, damaged, or improperly maintained products
- Products manufactured, finished, or configured specifically for you (including non-standard color, size, voltage, or branding), once production has begun
- Opened or used accessories and consumables
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order at delivery. You must report visible damage, missing items, or delivery errors, and any product received in damaged or defective condition, within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue. Oxify may request videos, packaging information, and reasonable diagnostic cooperation.
For an approved claim, Oxify will repair or replace the product or issue a refund, and Oxify bears reasonable return costs for products it confirms were defective or materially damaged before delivery. Defect claims after delivery are handled under our Limited Warranty and are separate from discretionary returns.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after Oxify receives and inspects the returned product. Oxify deducts applicable restocking fees, the payment-processing deduction, damage, missing components, and any customer-responsibility costs from the refund amount.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return of the original product under this policy, followed by a new order.
10. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact Oxify and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
